Comments: Shoulder to Head with with overhead sets. Winds are light early but will increase later in the day. Should see building conditions throughout the day as Hurricane Earl nears. Tropical Storm conditions are expected for most of the day Friday. May see clean up for Sunday. We'll keep you posted.
